Julie Radlauer-Doerfler - “I am not green yet, I would say right now I am between yellow and green. Going green is not a statement, it is an evolution and as our cultures and needs change, so too will our actions.”
Julie Radlauer-Doerfler worked in the children’s non-profit field for ten years before “retiring” from full-time paid employment and opening a training and technical assistance consulting company called the Ronik~Radlauer Group, Inc. Julie’s work within the behavioral health field has assisted various systems, organizations and individuals in making positive changes in their lives. She is using this knowledge and experience to impact changes that individuals can make on their environment. Through her love of helping individuals and her love for the environment she has combined these passions to help individuals “Go Green” and make positive changes that can impact the greater good. Julie feels that by teaching young children to make important changes now, we will see these benefits in the years to come.
